Our items are handmade and crafted with care. Please view the following information to learn how to best care for your Conch Creative Co. products and help them last for years to come!
Battery Care & Replacement
Our batteries are not waterproof and products with batteries are not intended to be directly exposed to the elements.
To replace batteries, gently remove the white battery pack from the back of the product. Use a small Phillips Head screwdriver to remove screws and open the battery pack. Replace existing batteries with two new 2032 batteries. Replace cover and screws and enjoy!
Cleaning
Please use care when cleaning our products. The shells, starfish, and seaglass are fragile. We recommend gently wiping with a damp cloth to clean.
